In the event that you are simply not satisfied with the product you ordered, we can replace it for you under the condition that you ship it back to us at your expense, and you will be charged for only the shipping cost, and any price difference, when your desired product is again sent out.

For Faster Service: EMS a service of the Israel Postal Authority can guarantee delivery of your items within 7 business days to Africa, Europe, and North America, within 10 business days to Asia, Oceania, and South America.
